good value came quickly use this with a b12 only one as well to try and get all the energy vitamins didnt realise how important b vitamins were until I had low b12 and kept falling asleep at work and stuff. had to have loads of these injections . borderline essential for vegetarians . wish id have know years ago might not have spent half my adult life being shattered and not knowing why
