The albums came in perfect condition and with the pre order photo cards even though I ordered them way after the pre order period.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered expecting to get all three versions like the description says, but I only received one version (b) please help me get the other versions that I paid for :( please reach out to me ASAP!!
