I have used Mineral Ice Pain Relieving Gel for many years. It is a great pain relieving gel. Will not disappoint.

I have used mineral ice for decades every since a chiropractor I went to used it on me. Not only does it help with pain but it also helps in healing bruises. I rub some mineral ice on my knees then place a knee braces on them and it helps so much. I also use it on my hand, I was sick not long ago and it left my hand weak and at time it hurts. I can rub mineral ice on my hand and fingers and the pain goes away. The price on Amazon is great. You won't be disappointed.

Good stuff took away the pain

I have a bad hip and knees. I put this on at night and it feels great - warm but not too much. Takes away the pain so I can sleep. I think it helps overall for the next day also. Really important to make sure to wear a glove when you put on, and not to touch for 1/2 hour or so - if you do and rub your eyes, hurts a little but not serious.
