Can't complain at all. They have plenty of love to give for studio work and with the modifiers you can shape some real beautiful light out of them. Absolutely nothing to fault them on.

The Aputure 300D Mark II COB light is an absolute must for independent filmmakers, robust, powerful, both mains and batt powered, Bluetooth Sidus Link app, High CRI, well built and when paired with the Fresnel X2 attachment, this light turns into a truly powerful beast which can give you more versatile light output then an Arri 2000w Blonde with just a fraction of the heat. Note that the 300D Mark II is only daylight 5500K balanced, I went with the 300D Mark II over the Bi Colour 300X because the 300X is only around 53% the brightness of the 300D Mark II, and I have plenty of CTB that i can use with the Aputure Barn Doors and Aputure Light Dome 2 if i need tungsten light. Be aware that if you are powering this with batteries then you will need very high Watt Hour V-Lock batteries to to get the most out of this light. The Aputure 300D Mark II is an absolute must, its so good, i bought another one. You will not be disappointed.

Besides the remote not working with my unit I absolutely love this light. The quality of light is amazing! They have done a really good job improving the unit as well with new design too. Only reason i’m not giving it 5 Stars is the power output. Now don’t get me wrong, this light is bright but my Nicefoto HA-3300B is more of a powerhouse when it comes to output. I will diffenately recommend picking up a 300D mkII unit to have in your kit. I’m sure as hell getting another one in the future.

I have read a lot about this light and I decided to go for it not minding the cost. It is just amazing. Though i just started learning my way around it, it feels so solid and interesting with the different effects. The remote control is splendid. Maybe after a few use I will update my review on outcomes. I looked for it every where and I realised it is only on amazon you get next day delivery while other websites saying like 1 month to be delivered. I am very satisfied with my piece of equipment at least for now.
