I really have enjoyed using this in the pool. I use it everyday and love that the ends can be taken off and used for different movements and training. My husband about stroked when he noticed the price but I'm happy with it and would buy it again 🤣

Great water workout!!!!
These work out a whole different muscle group in the water. They give you maximum resistance when you hold the bar in the middle and great range of motion when you hold the bar at the widest part. Highly recommends. Been using this company’s equipment for the last 20 years.
