Bought this based on good reviews applied to my new tattoo day after I had it done i did get a burning sensation first time but I expected this as the tattoo was new and essentially still a wound i continue to apply it 2-3 times a day after and never had an issue its a little thick but not greasy easy to apply the foam cleanser is great and my tattoo is healing nicely only thing I would say is it's a little expensive

I got my first tattoo recently and felt very paranoid about the healing process. I wanted to make sure that I used something gentle and effective for healing my tattoo. I bought these as I saw a lot of good reviews online. And it did not disappoint. It helped my tattoo heal so nicely and I have plenty left over to use for my next tattoo. The wash is gentle and foams up really nicely, does not hurt to use on a fresh tattoo. The cream was perfect. Didn't have a strong smell and melted into the skin nicely. Did not leave a strange residue. The value for money was really good. As I still have plenty of product even after using it for 2 weeks multiple times per day. My tattoo is now pretty much healed and I partly attribute that to stories and ink. Definitely will look into more of their other products for sure.

Brilliant kind and gentle on new tattoos. The foam is great for washing down new and old tattoos and the cream helps with the healing process. Smell free and my tattoos have healed fast then the old way I used to do. Highly recommend this product.

I had my first tattoo done, a large piece on my calf. I used this set for my aftercare. I had no issues with healing. Clear instructions, gentle on the skin.

The item arrived on time and packaged well but unfortunately the wash had leaked as the lid wasn't screwed on tightly. It's a foaming wash that didn't irritate my skin however I could have probably just used any fragranced wash so I wouldn't buy this again. Having said that the after care cream is excellent, the skin feels soft and protected all day and it's so good I've been using it on my eczema and dry hands too. I will continue to buy the aftercare cream, not just for tattoo care but for dry patches of skin. Worth the purchase and I'd recommend the cream.

My tattoo healed perfectly with this. I got a full back tattoo so I wanted to make sure I could do as much as possible for the healing process and I loved using the wash and cream. My tattoo looks fabulous now and I believe this helped the healing process.

Used this combo for my last 4 tattoos and all have healed brilliantly. Really helps with the itchy phase too.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this product is so good I had to share. This Stories & Ink duo is a fantastic value and honestly a better "bang for your buck" compared to other brands I’ve tried. The Soap: The bottle is much larger than the Mad Rabbit soap, so it lasts a lot longer and you can clean more tattoos with it. It’s very gentle on the skin and has a unique, pleasant scent—almost like yogurt, but in a good way! The Aftercare Cream: This is where Stories & Ink really wins for me. The consistency is more like a clay or paste, which I prefer because it’s not sticky. My biggest issue with Mad Rabbit was that if you applied a little too much, your skin felt tacky and would stick to your clothes, especially when it’s hot out. The Stories & Ink tube also makes it much easier to control how much product comes out. With other brands, I felt like I was wasting cream because too much would squeeze out at once. My only small complaint is the twist-off cap (I prefer a flip-cap so I don't drop it), but the quality of the cream makes up for it. Overall: Both brands, mad rabbit and stories are good, but I personally prefer Stories & Ink. It feels like you get more for your money, and the non-sticky formula is a game changer. Highly recommend!

This product is really easy to use and foams up and application goes on nicely!! It really helped several of my new tattoos when there were a few spots healing slower than the rest.
