Fab stuff. Tastes so much nicer than fibogel orange. Much easier to drink and does the job gently. I take mine with my evening meal and it regulates me reliably when needed

I mix it firstly with hot water and then fill up with cold stirring so it doesn’t go jelly like
I take it every morning before anything else as my routine, and routine it is! I’m now regular going to the toilet and I feel my gut health is so much better. Really recommend 👌

Expensive but does help with gut regulation. The taste is not good though so be prepared. However, it has proved to be effective.

IBS is helped immensely by this sugar-free, orange-flavored Metamucil. I've used it for many years and absolutely recommended it. You need to drink a lot of water or any other non-alcoholic liquid to aid the product get to your big intestine. Controlling your hunger and decreasing your cholesterol have additional advantages.
