This stuff is great. I've struggled with candida overgrowth for extended periods before, especially during pregnancy. It was awful, and seemed impossible to get rid of. One capsule in the morning, half an hour before breakfast, and probiotics at the end of meals (I took Bio-Kult) in just a few days I was seeing results.
