First let me say that I'm very picky about the headsets I use, often finding them uncomfortable or awkward shapes that make them difficult to store or set aside. Plus my cat likes to chew on anything that sticks out, like the microphone. Plus I need to be able to use my headset on both a PC and a PlayStation. This headset fits every single thing I've been looking for!The ear pads are actually comfortable for up to 5-6 hours of consistent use. To deal with any tightness issues I just leave the headset gripping a box or my stand up fan.The microphone disconnects via a 3.5mm jack leaving you with just a head set.It can connect through a 2.4 GHz connection or Bluetooth. You just flip a switch on the left headset to go between the two. I have the 2.4GHz USB plugged into my PS and use Bluetooth on my PC.The sound quality is incredible on the PS5! I did take the time to set up the personal surround sound settings which really helped bring out the rumble of waterfalls and horse hooves striking the ground in the game I play.The sound level is also easily adjustable on the left side, but be mindful for those that are doing recordings it does not turn up the actual sound of the game.The color is gorgeous, and I'm able to leave my room and walk 30 feet away to do something in the kitchen and not lose a bit of sound on the 2.4GHz set up, have yet to try that on the Bluetooth.But yeah highly recommend these, they're not cheap plastic. They're sturdy, high quality sound, extremely useful and low stress. Best headset I've ever owned and this number 8 over the years.

UPDATE: Changed review to 5 stars due to amazing customer service! I have given another headset in there line a try. I hope it works out!They are good for the price. Very comfortable. I've tried three different "no-name" brands and these were the most comfortable. I typically can't wear headphones for long and they give me headaches after about an hour, but I can wear these for at least 2-3 hrs without much issue.The reason for 3 stars is if you have two in proximity to each other, they seem to interfere with each other. Sometimes the mic cuts in/out. Other times there are connectivity issues where it seems like it's connected to the dongle, but there's no audio coming from any source.We've worked around this by establishing connection with one headset first, then connecting the second, but even then, it works 75% of the time.The mic is also hit and miss. My friends online tell me sometimes I'm really quiet despite setting on my end and their end are all set to 100%.Otherwise it is very good for a single player experience, but will have to look for a different brand that is comfortable, stable, and good quality.

Bought these for my second computer on the rare case a friend comes over for some LAN gaming. I ended up using them for myself. Not the most comfortable headset but it is fine and sounds really good. Has pretty good wireless range too. I live in a reasonbly large house and I can make it to the kitchen and back without it disconnecting. I chose the white ones with the blue LED. Not bad at all. Look very classy. Worth the price for sure. I have not connected them to my TV yet but I will at some point. That way I can watch TV loud without my wife yelling at me. Or maybe she will yell anyways but I can't hear her. :) Also a good thing is that the microphone detatches easily. So when you are not chatting, you don't have the boom sticking out in your face. 4 stars because nothing is 5 star.
