I stopped drinking coffee/energy drinks for maybe 2-3 years. Mainly because I hate coffee and I associate energy drinks with a traumatic time in my life. I have what I believe is diagnosed ADHD which I never treated because I was indoctrinated to believe it's not a crutch/disability that needs to be treated with medication.
