I needed a towel that could be used while traveling in Europe, both for the beach and for everyday use. It was large enough to be used to lay out on at the beach and to be used as a body towel. It also has fun designs, so it was a bit more fashionable! I also only brought a backpack, so I was worried it was going to take too much space, but it didn’t and it was easy to roll up, which was important for me. It is also lightweight for its size, and dried quickly if laid out. However, it doesn’t dry well if it’s hanging by the string on a hook. Therefore, if you’re staying in hostels, don’t put it on the hook, instead lay it over a rail on your bed. Also as a microfiber towel, it’s not going to feel as absorbent as a regular towel, so keep that in mind. But compared to other microfiber towels, I feel like it dried me off better than others I have used. Overall, I would recommend this towel for those who want to travel or just want a light weight towel!

Love this towel! It’s extremely absorbent, but even after use it doesn’t get heavy. It is convinient for taking on trips or being in your beach or gym bag without being too heavy or bulky. It can be quickly dried as well. I also love that it doesn’t stay sandy after being used to lay out on the beach. It’s also got super cute patterns, and love that it’s double sided.

These towels are worth the hype! I thought I would be bothered by the feel, NOT a fluffy towel, but it actually didn’t bother myself or my family! Love the size and all the color/pattern choices!! Super quick drying, and fold up nice and small. Would recommend!

These towels are exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight and not bulky so they are easy to pack for a quick weekend beach trip without taking up too much space. The large size is great, storage pouch is handy, and I like the variety of patterns to choose from. I ordered two different ones. I absolutely HATE the HUGE logo tag on the FRONT!!!!! on the back, ok I get it, but also ON THE FRONT?!?!?!? Checked the pictures and yep it is shown there but I didn’t realize it wasn’t just a brand overlay for advertisement. And it isn’t sewn on it is part of the pattern, so is not removable.

This absolutely fab towel is everything Eccosophy says it is. Really pretty and bright, lightweight, oversized (terrific!), super soft, dries incredibly fast, doesn't attract lint, and has its own little carrying bag - all that, in addition to Eccosophy's philosophy of sustainability. I chose Majorca as a design and I love it. I did think the colors were orange and navy, when actually they're orange and black, but no problem. I admit to being very picky about towels and I couldn't be happier with a towel than I am with this one! I can even see using this towel as a blanket on our hot California summer nights. No need to hesitate, go ahead and purchase!

This towel was better than expected. Any bad reviews you read are completely wrong. There are reviews saying that the material is like a sheet. It is then but that is what micro fiber is! It isn’t your typical hook and loop towel that is big and bulky that stays wet. It is thin but it is supposed to be. The other reviews that say it feels cold on your skin aren’t valid IMO either. Lay it out in the sun and it is as warm as any towel and will be sand free and dry! I received this towel and was hesitant of my purchase after reading that it just pushes water around in your body. Those aren’t true at all. I used it after taking a shower and it dries me off completely in less time and worked perfectly. I then hung it up next to my standard towel and it was dry in no time. The one bad review that seems to be valid is the one that stained a white boat seat. I would suspect that that user didn’t wash the towel before first use. Other than that, it packs down nice, the pattern on the front and back are vibrant and awesome. Stays completely sand free and dries out quickly! I use it for every beach day here in Northern Michigan and will be getting my wife one as well. Highly recommended!

Great towel after sitting on a sandy beach, can be shaken off and hardly any sand stays on it. Storage bag is great also for tossing in a beach bag.

I have three of these towels. These are my favorite beach and travel towels. They’re not going to have the same kind of absorbency or plush as a regular towel but they are so much more convenient for carrying when you’re packing for a family. I actually would choose this even if it was just for me. It’s so much lighter, takes up so much less space in luggage or beach bag, does not get too heavy when wet, amply size for covering, cute colors and designs, and plenty absorbent for us. It’s large enough to cover a grown man from his armpit to his shorts. Has a handy cloth loop at halfway point down side of towel for hanging. Definitely recommend.
