It's a Blue 3M Helmet. The issue is the liner.
Normally, I'm not one for short or mediocre reviews but I have to be blunt. The Helmet is a standard, flared 3M Helmet that has to have the webbing put inside it. The Webbing is a pain in the ass to install. It's tricky and it took about... half an hour because we receive no instructions for it. Tinker with it, mess around with it and once it's in there, it's in for good. I bought a Matching Blue High Visibility Vest, and it looks very good with it. The color is sort of an Almost-Electric Blue, in the flesh. Not too dark, not too light. Sort of a TRUE Blue, maybe even Cerulean. I Really like this Helmet. The Webbing, though difficult, does make it extremely comfortable. 4/5

Good secure fit
The name says it all. Fits securely, doesn't feel like it's going to fall off my head like some helmets do.

Not in the trades, but...
Need my own PPE for visiting some clients' sites. This fits the bill and is comfortable and inexpensive. Not sure how it would hold up daily in the field, but seems nice.

I paid 24$ for the pink hard hat, the hat fits comfortably (haven’t worn in high heat mainly just above room temp or cold) The harness part is definitely lower quality compared to some hard hats but the price to comfort is very good

I orderd 2 of them and the came fairly quick but the only problem the second one missing harness for the inside of the helmet so completely useless
