Replacement power supply delivered in record time. Packaging OK but box was not sealed. Power supply and cable looked to be new and as described. When plugged in didnt work. No power LED on power block. Fuse was OK albeit 13A fuse which is not advisable. Measured mains output with multimeter at connector to power block - Nothing! Checked continuity of L,N & E connections - Neutral was open circuit. Finally used mains cable from faulty power block on new one - As expected it now works. Not sure where the mains cables are sourced but if you have what appears to be a faulty power supply and the old mains cable is still around then you may want to try it.
