Will this work on wrenches, pliers or other tools weighing less than a pound? Thanks

Hard to say. It really depends on the size of the item. It would probably work great for small wrenches. I have some chisels in mine. Pliers? Maybe if they're really small.

Are the clips a different size for the screwdriver holder than the olsa wrench holding rack and is the back of rack made of aluminum ?

The clips are the same size, but the ones on the wrench rack swivel and the ones on the screwdriver holder do not swivel.

My pegboard has 1/8" holes. Will this fit?

Hi, it would depend on the screw that you’ll be using. Our screwhole is universal, but we suggest that if your pegboard has small holes you can use small screw too

anyone try these with precision screwdrivers?

Not previously, but I tried, just cuz I like you. (actually, I don't know you, but I had the time) you CAN put precision screwdrivers in it, but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice. I can't put a photo in this reply, but if the link works, you can see my attempt here: (oh, no you can't. No links allowed. ) From the left: Large 0 phillips; precision 00 phil; prec 0 phil; prec 1 phil; 3.0mm slotted; 2.5mm slot; 2.0mm slot (wire to keep screwdriver holder from bending when removing large shank drivers); 1.5mm slot; 0.7mm hex; 1mm hex, 1.5mm hex; finally 2 full sized robertson drive drivers at the right.
