Do Not Use This Eyeliner Near Your Eyes
There was a warning on the back of this saying not to use this EYELINER near the eyes. Below my eyes (where the cheek starts) I applied this and it made my eyes so watery that I couldn't continue applying my makeup. I'm hoping to use this for other things, but don't get this product for its use.

Perfect for a party
The eyeliner burned briefly when I applied it, but the irritations passed after a short time. It went on smoothly and easily, and didn't smudge all night. The color was the same blue as the tube color in daylight, incandescent, and black lighting, and it and reflected brightly under the black light. I received many compliments!

Great product
had this for like a year now and used it as a neon green eyeliner but today i used it for the first time under a black light and it was so cute so i ordered 7 more colors

The cap just keeps spinning and never really fully tightens so I was scared it was going to leak all over my makeup bag. Consistency wasn’t great but the color is amazing. Just have to allow to dry and keep applying for the right look

It is hard to put on and have a bold line. You have to go over it many times. Worst eyeliner.
