Learned the hard way that you need a way into your important accounts if your mobile phone is gone
I got a new iPhone and didn’t do the phone to phone set up. Instead I just assumed I would set it up later. I didn’t know that TMobile requires a phone to phone to transfer the number or you have to get CS to do it. I had no way to call TMobile, I couldn’t get into my Google account that had Google Voice, so I couldn’t call them that way. I realized I had no way to access my bank, email accounts, work accounts, nothing because everything is set to 2FA and sends a code to my mobile phone, which was wiped and returned to Apple. When I did finally reach T-Mobile on a neighbor’s phone, they wouldn’t help me because I forgot the PIN I set 2 years ago and have never needed to use. And the only way to reset the PIN you ask, well you can do that very easily from your T-Mobile account but you need to get the text code to get in. See the problem? Once I got it straightened out I got 3 of these keys and tied them to Google and Apple. Now I have one with me, one in my suit case, and one hidden in my house. But fair warning. This one is USB-C with NFC. My Android tables don’t have NFC and don’t have USB-C. My older iPad doesn’t have NFC or USB-C. Newer one does. Make sure you have keys that will work with several of your devices.

This device is described as NFC capable, works with MacOS - What they don't tell you
This may be a defective item or Feitian just creates misleading product copy. It does not connect to my iPhone 11 thru nfc. There are no instructions that are available for this model on the company's website. They have a video showing one of their security keys working with an iPhone thru nfc. My NFC is working, I have been able to purchase items using NFC. I have downloaded the Frisian SK Manager software, the product seems to have a chip inside showing the various protocols. But the software tells you nothing except that. I guess it's so secure the customer can't even use it to increase his own security
