Stopped functioning in 2 months time, won't open. Seller contacting me with refund. Great seller.
Finally got to install door handle on my new house for it to stop functioning in 2 months. Yes it's cheap and pretty but that's it. UPDATE: seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I did not expect that since it has been months since I purchased. What great service!

Great but install is a bit challenging
A little difficult to secure the screw that is in the keft side because of the handle, but we eventually got it to catch. It looks great, and so far, is working well.

Doesn’t last!
I purchased this set back in July of 2025, had just painted my front door black. Absolutely loved, loved the look. I know it’s not too expensive, but I am disappointed that it only lasted 9 months and the key will not turn. So annoying cause it’s beautiful, you would think it would hold up a bit longer! 😞
