I've been taking these every night before I go to bed. I love that they have sodium bicarbonate in them which helps detoxify the blood which is what your kidneys do. This allows your body to be less acidic and more alkaline. When your body is acidic, your body releases calcium from your bones and teeth to help neutralize the acid. This is not good for older people who have osteo clerosis.. this supplement has also helped me reduce the number of times I go to the bathroom at night. I've dropped down from four times a night to one to two times. Getting much better sleep because of not being interrupted as often.
