Bought this product for the hormone balancing claim. I'm in my later 40's, and my wife has been experiencing the "hot flashes" that come with menopause due to hysterectomy and age.After just a couple days of taking this, i feel better (more energy, improved clarity, and just overall feeling better.)But more importantly, my wife's hot flashes have completely stopped. Went from several a day to zero in over a week.I'm not claiming a miracle, just stating our experience.Take from it what you will.But for the price, its worth a shot.

I bought this to try along with a few other brands. First thing I noticed was it was much darker in color than other brands. Second thing I noticed was the pine smell was not near that of others and thirdly, it did not mix in water as completely as others. I realize this is an all natural product and there will be differences solely because of that but, this was definitely the odd man out therefore I would not purchase again.

I bought a tincture for $20 and it probably had a quarter of a teaspoon of pollen in it. This product is 3.5 ounces for just a few bucks more.I used it to raise my energy level while struggling with fatigue from Lyme disease. It helped. I took about a teaspoon a day and considered it a food supplement much like "bee pollen". Very nutritious.

This pollen is by far the best. I mix in my morning smoothie and it has little taste. It has helped with my energy and I am seeing inflammation go down. I will continue to use these products and try others from this line.

I add it to my smoothie in the morning, it adds a nice sweetness to the drink. As far as noticing any effects, not so much. I have read that it is a healthy supplement to an active lifestyle. I do recommend the product. My smoothie is protein, chia seeds, performance mushrooms, pollen, mixed berries, 2 cups of spinach/kale, and almond milk. Great way to start the day.

Just received my order of pine pollen . This is my 3rd package .i take it daily with orange juice and just recently added it to my iced tea . I was impressed with the flavor it gave the tea . Really good . Pine pollen gives me energy through the day . Just makes you feel good . Just stir in your favorite drink .
