But other things might come into consideration when you bodybuild so it's not just about protein but yes, it matters. It also has digestive enzymes (I am not in or against this addition) so got nothing to say, but no bloating for me whatsoever so might be it. I don’t know if this works or not my rating is based on the whey proteins that I have tried and liked over the years. I find the taste of this particular one not the best. It has a smell I don’t particularly like. I know this is not constructive critique and I apologize. This is a subjective one. I prefer ON and even The Whole Truth.
