Way more comfortable to walk now
My husband needed a if replacement , it made his one leg a little shorter than the other , and I bought him some of the other kind of inserts , and they didn't work it's very happy with these.He's walking better and it's not as uncomfortable

height adjustment
I've bought these before. Since knee replacement revision, my left leg is 5 centimeters longer than my right. I need to put a heel lift in my right shoe. I like to use them in different shoes and since I made one permanent in a sandal I needed more for other shoes. They help but I'm still uneven.
