Apocalypse AP-M61SE 6.5" 260 W Max 4 Ohm Stereo Car Audio Midrange Speakers

I just have these temporary running off a factory Honda radio and these things are louder than my other speakers that are amped. No clipping or anything they just perform. I dont even think I need speakers in the rear deck anymore. Just a pair of tweeter to pair with this and you will have good coverage for your interiors. I'm about to feed these 200 RMS. These things live up to the hype. Very impressed with Deaf Bonce. Update: Have a 4ch Recoil amp powering these. My vol level rarely goes past 10. They handle the wattage like a champ, honestly I think they could take more and not have any issues. Clean sound. Anything past vol. 10 and they get ridiculously loud. I'm gonna replace my rear speakers with another pair just to round out the interior. Damn fine speakers!

I bought these to increase the rear fill in my cars audio set-up. Boy are they crisp!! I am only running them at 60watts RMS. I can't imagine how loud these will get at their recommend RMS wattage. The quality of these bad boys is quite nice. The sensitivity is very high, so you can use these in a stock set-up.

Very nice build quality. Speakers sound very clear. These are a better deal than other speakers on the market around this price.

The speakers worked great until they didnt. One of the speakers randomly stopped working today. Tested the speaker with a multimeter and it showed O.L. these speakers were properly installed and tuned using a oscilloscope to ensure they were getting a clean signal and they never saw over 80 watts (rated for 130 watts). The crossover was also set at 120hz with a -16db rolloff. As of this review I am 11 days outside of the 30 day return date and the speakers may have a total of 3 hours of use because I hardly drive the car they are installed in. Since I couldn't return or exchange them I decided to take the speaker apart to find the point of failure. Turns out it was broken solder joint where the spider lead hooks to the voice coil wire. As you can see by the excellent condition of the voice coil the speaker wasn't abused at all. This is clearly a manufacturer defect and there's nothing I can do to get a replacement because it's 11 days outside of the return/replace date. Thought i was buying a quality product but turns out that's not the case.

Didn’t expect them to be so loud good quality and big magnet

Writing this review late, I've since switched these out for the PRO versions of these. These are LOUD, like insanely blaring loud, if you tune them right you're in for some fun, cheap + quality, how perfect! The PROS are even louder with only 20 more watts and same price pretty much, go for those if you can!
