UPR Billet Oil Separator Technology and Braided Hoses Upgrade - Compatible with 2011-2023 Charger, Challenger, and 300. (Scat, 392, 6.4L)

I like that the catch can's bottom unscrews to dump the oil. Others catch cans I used had a little valve and port that you had to hold a baggie or bottle to catch the spent oil but I like this style better personally. The installation is straight forward but a page was missing from my instruction sheets and had me a little confused as to where to bolt the bracket into (on the 6.4 hemi you have to pull out a wire harness tab in the front of the engine so I just looked up someone's install video online to be sure) but it wasn't a big deal.

One of the two hoses was about 5 inches to short to reach when needed installed, I had to add 5 inches of 1/2" rubber hose. The other hose was at such a hard angle to plug in that a kinking issue is a concern as well. Plus one of the fittings were loose with no sealing on the threads, so after I had to wrap the thread with thread tape, then to tighten it I had to tighten it so tight to get it back to the placement it was supposed to be at, thought it was gonna strip just tightening it to place. Bottom line if I wasn't able to fix things myself and I was just a plug and play guy there would have been a disappointment in the product for me, wasn't plug and play product without field fitting. Can and assembly arm are nice tho.

I've got four other UPR catch cans installed on family vehicles and they fit, finish, quality and simplicity of installation never disappoint me. They are well constructed and perform as expected. Highly recommended and well worth the money over the cheap Chinese junk you can purchase that claim to be a catch can. Remember, you get what you pay for and in this case your engine deserves better than junk parts!

Can not say how easy this was to install!Best advice I can give:Put the hose end caps on the hose BEFORE you plug it in to the unit.. they suck to get back off. Lol.I will add a 6 month review and show any pictures I have of the gunk it saved from going back in.Almost 1 year- I forgot to snap pics- but it took out some nasty foam/water.Can’t say it’s helps with MPG but if it helps keep the motor clean- it’s worth it

Easy to install!

The catch can is made well and feels like it was made to last. It was easy to install until I got to reinstalling my Shaker hood. It fits but there us some slight pressure on the hose on the inlet side of the catch can. It just makes an inconvenience in that you have to put some force when lining up the Shaker properly with the hole in the hood.

Wasn’t sure if these worked but after a couple hundred miles found a little oil and condensation inside. Glad it’s not going through intake manifold.
