Excellent Customer service and communication.
I had this product delivered on a Friday, but when I set it up, it was unfortunately not working, no matter what I tried. On the leaflet it gives a contact email for customer service. I sent a quick email to them and got a very nice reply the next day. They sent me another jellyfish lava lamp, which I received today (tuesday). It works perfectly. Very pleased with my product. Excellent Customer Service. 5 🌟. Highly recommended. 😃

Mesmerising
Bought as a quirky lamp for my son’s bedroom. Really lovely and mesmerising. My son has taken one of the fish out because otherwise it looks crowded. But a really nice and unusual decor feature.
