Best Saag Paneer around!
Perfection! Easy to store in your cupboard. And especially great value because you aren’t paying for the rice as was the huge problem with the only other shelf stable brand of saag paneer I could find. What a waste of money THAT was! Who on Earth can’t cook rice?! This product has no down side except perhaps the mildness of taste, but one simply can add spices, hot sauce, or other flavors as desired. Even the price is reasonable.

ASHOKA Palak Paneer Tofu is Delicious, Very Handy and Reasonably Priced. I found this on Amazon and ordered the 4 pack, through Commerce Foods. It was delivered VERY fast with no problems. I love the taste of this Palak Paneer Tofu and it is simple to quickly heat up in a microwave. It is a slim little box that one can slip in ones tote case. It's also a good quick meal at home. The only drawback being that it is in a metallic envelope so I do have to use a small microwaveable container. As stated, taste is great, mild but good. If one eats the entire package, there is approximately 280 calories, 18 G Fat, 16 G Carbs, 10 G Protein, 80% of your iron for the day. But this is my Large meal and I am considered underweight. I have ordered about 15 more 4 packs (in orders of 4 or 5) from Commerce Foods since my first order and all have shipped Free and Fast as they are shipped by Amazon. I highly recommend this food. It's the Vegan version of the Palak Paneer that would have cottage cheese but without losing any taste.
