Opens up chromebook on my old laptops and doesnt give options to install ubuntu! I received an email from Amazon thanking me for the review. No assistance from the seller!

I have a couple laptops I've converted fully into Linux but having this plug and ready and all options all in one was amazing and much easier. I like the fact you can choose which install and how u want it all I'm one place. Saved a lot of time. So far it works great and I have no issues.

Ubuntu is an amazing OS and the USB is booting fine, but... WHY??
There is no nice software packaging box, just an ugly looking USB, REALLY?
