1 year in
I used this to treat two cat houses I built made of dark gray painted Fir wood. A year later and it still stays dry!

So far so good
So far so good. I haven't had anyone who bought my planter boxes say their plants were dying. Get a sprayer and follow instructions. It's easy

This stuff is great
I bought this for an outside cat house to weather seal the wood. I didn't have a way to spray it on so was afraid it wouldn't work. It worked just fine. I also live in a rental and my landlord is cheap in the moment but then costs himself more by having to repair and replace things because he's so cheap. I will hopefully live in this place a long while and so I take it upon myself to make things look nice. Anyway they recently built a small porch for my one door. They left it exposed and looking ugly. I sanded the wood by hand because it was small area, stained the wood a nice teak color, then applied this as sealer. I love how it turned out. It also has such a much nicer feel on my bare feet than regular polyurethane weather sealed wood does. I will need to put some slip guards down for certain though. My recycle bin slides all over if the wind blows bad. I'm afraid if the bin slides like that so will my shoes which means I'll fall.I still have like half the bottle left. A little of this stuff goes a long way.

Works on anything
I live in a very wet part of Hawaii where molds, mildews, and mosses grow on absolutely everything. Last summer I used this on my roof, my driveway, my house, and my stone porch. It created on effective seal on everything I used it on. We're halfway through the winter, and there's no mold or mildew or moss on anything!

Barely Waterproofs
Barely works compared to other sealing materials. I followed directions and made several applications. Wood still absorbs water and water does not "bead" on the surface, but instead soaks in. Totally does not work for sealing flat surfaces that may have drinks of food placed on them. I suggest a traditional water based or oil based sealer.

Seems great after first rainstorm, and definitely low-to-no odor during application
I am sensitive to VOCs and was happy there weren't any I could smell while I applied it. I only got 1/4 of the deck done in the time I had a few days ago, which ended up showing this morning after the rainstorm how great it performed - the wood that I treated is clearly more dry than untreated. I'm eager to complete the project, will need to buy a 2nd container of sealant as I didn't add the railings into my original calculation (and I wasn't sure it would truly be low-to-zero VOC so I didn't want to over-supply myself). I used a large natural sponge (from art supply bin) to apply it which worked great as I expected to allow me to control how much liquid was going on, also allowed me to drip liquid into tight spaces.
