My mini 5 with an otterbox case is 9 7/8 inches diagonally will this work for it?

I dont think it will fit i use an ipad air2 and a tablet much smaller wont fit.

Would you have it for the iPad mini (aprox 7 inches)?

Im not sure what the dimensions are on the mini but i use an ipad air 2 and i dont think a tablet much smaller would work with the tablet clips in the kneeboard

What is the second elastic strap for? A replacement?

I assumed the extra strap was for a realy fat leg, like a seatbelt extension on an airliner.
