Are these sugar free?

No. I checked the nutritional inforation for these "Guilt free" prepped meals and there's a bunch of sugar. I'm currently looking to see if that's true for each of the varieties. Now, the plain Miraccles noodles are, as another said, sugar free. Not the meals.

are these vegan? I know in the promo picture it says vegan on the bag, but I ordered some and mine don't mention it anywhere!

I don't see where the package specifically mentions vegan however they are made of plant material and nothing else. I am not familiar with the vegan life style so do not know if this means the noodles are vegan I am diabetic and eat the noodles because they have far fewer carbs than wheat, corn or rye noodles. Hope this is helpful.

i WOULD GOOGLE MIRACLE NOODLE AND LOOK IT UP ON THEIR WEBSITE. USUALLY, THERE ARE NO CALORIES AND NO CARB CALORIES---ALMOST ALL FIBER. NO SIGNIFICANT MINERALS OR VITAMINS. CERTAINLY NO GLUTEN.
