I have used Good Sense Roasted Pumpkin seeds for many years, The quality is always consistent, and they are delicious. They are a wonderful source of protein, so I put them on salads. As I am a vegetarian, I love having this easily available source of protein. They are salted, but are not too salty. Their texture has just the right amount of crunchiness IMO.

This is truly the best. It’s organic and the price is hard to beat. I have some before I go to bed to make sure I have a peaceful rest instead of feeling hungry sometimes. I make sure I chew it thoroughly, that way I don’t get digestive issues. It really does satisfies hunger when I am tied up working. It’s resealable so I take it everywhere. It’s so crunchy and delicious and it’s not too salty. It’s incredibly delicious with salads and baking goods. I add it to a lot of different foods. It just makes eating more fun and healthy. I wish they would put it in a glass container, that’s why I gave it four stars. I highly recommend.

Pumpkin seeds are so good for you in many ways. These are roasted and not too salty. I appreciate they are already shelled, unlike the ones I find at the grocery store. I eat 1/4 cup a day and I believe they have helped with my over all health. I now have my whole family eating them as part of the daily routine. And I mean like my husband, dad, kids, my sister and her kids. I originally discovered these because pumpkin seeds are known for antiparasitic properties. And I heard about it from popular holistic doctors. But then while researching I found a whole lot of other reasons why I need to include them in my diet. They taste similar to sunflower seeds, but a richer flavor with a good crunch. The four bags are the best deal for the price, and a great price for a delicious snack.

NO MSG! I’m not poisoned as I am with seeds purchased in most grocery stores. They’re amazingly delicious and FRESH pumpkin seeds! I order 3-4 packs at a time, simply because I go through them so quickly. They’re a great snack, very tasty, and easy to keep in my purse or car. These are especially useful on RV travel days, or days transporting grandchildren. We love them in salads. Not only green salads, but egg salad as well, as the pumpkin seeds add crunch and some salty flavor at the same time. I truly love this brand and the perfect flavor of roasted sunflower seeds. Highly recommended!
