This is just what I was looking for! The only face brush I had prior was just one from Olay I’d gotten locally years ago so while durable it didn’t do much Enter this face brush and WOW! Really cleans really exfoliates and it has all these other functions as well as far as lights and suction if you’re acne prone just a perfect all-around brush . I can’t imagine that I could ask it a a to do anything more than it does because it does everything conceivable that it could do! I’ve done my research and landed on this one and I’m so glad I did!! Get it! I’ve done the homework for you!!

It was pretty seamless as I spoke with customer service on the phone. I received the new unit very quickly. The new one is still working to this day. It is charging properly, and it has not stopped suddenly when using it. I've used it multiple times as well. So I'm bumping my rating up from 2 stars to 4 stars.*Original Review* Bought on August 8, It is August 24, 2021. Suddenly stopped working yesterday while using the pumice attachement. I thought it had run out of juice cause it wouldn't turn on afterwards. No problem right? Just plug it in and wait. Well I plugged it in, but the battery indicator is showing only one bar missing. I tested the light button and its red during charging. Is that normal? I left it alone. I unplugged it after 5 hours and it still would not turn on. I barely used this device maybe 7 times for the brushes and 2 times for the suction. I've had an older brush that runs on batteries that's already years old that still works. It's not as powerful, but it does the job. This is the only suction and brush combo I could find on Amazon and ebay and it's already giving me issues in less than a month. It's never been dropped, it's never been submerged in water. I make sure to rinse it with the inlet facing down cause that little flap has a gap water can go through even though you say it's water proof. What am I supposed to do if it becomes a fancy paperweight? The video was taken after letting it charge overnight when I went to bed. So it's supposed to be charged.

Now when it did work, it was nice, got my skin SUPER clean, etc. What I definitely don't like is that it stopped working and I didn't even have it a full year. As much as this thing costs (at the time this cost me $45 w/ tax) I would have at least wanted it to last longer, maybe 3 or 4 years given its rechargeability. Even the smaller cheaper electric brushes have lasted me longer than this, and most of those are battery powered. Its really disappointing. I was gonna give it at least two stars but I'm taking it down to one just purely based on how short this thing worked. Disclaimer yes I took good care of this thing, never dropped it, charged it regularly when the battery was low, deep cleaned it, the whole works, so this isn't a user error, it just refused to turn on one day out of the blue. Literally worked fine the night before and had a full battery. If I were the person reading this, I would just pay the extra money for something of a higher quality and from a more reputable company. Back to hunting for a decent facial brush I go.
