good price, aesthetic. solid knife.

When I first got this knife I was excited it cuts wonderfully a new tool in my kitchen collect to help me cook and has a beautiful designUpdate: the handle of this knife warped and now has a crack in it. Its wasn't near any heat or cold temp just pick it up one day and oh a crack in the handle. I'm a bit sad but the knife is still usable so I'll can live with it.

Good knife for the price. The box is very useful to store the knife when it's not in use especially since it's pretty sharp.

This is a solidly manufactured santoku knife. The blade is rigid as it should be, and meets all the expectations I was hoping for.

It looks nice with the wood handle - not as sharp as I expected for a new knife - it’s also not well balanced. Could get better for the money paid.

ステンレス/モリブデン鋼が気になりポチりました。買って直ぐでは、切れ味いまいちです。なので☆３です。ともかく、砥いでみました。あ、もちろん砥石4種使って、切っ先を薄めて～ですよ！結果、人参スパスパです。　鶏肉もスパスパ。　刃長180mmは、腕力のある人向けかもしれません。ただし、持ち手の付け根部分がやや細くなっており、手の小さい人にも配慮が感じられる設計です。持ち手と刃の部分との間に小さな段差がありました。商品写真には写らない部分ですが、愛でるタイプの人には要注意でしょう。　もちろん実用上は全く問題なく、愛でるの1点においてです。

デザインが気に入って購入しました。思ったより高級感があります。切れ味も申し分なく、鶏肉がサクサク切れます。もっと早く買い換えればよかった。

前の包丁より反りが大きいのか、切ったつもりがつながっている。

包丁自体が少し重く感じます。それと切れ味がどんどん悪くなり何度か研いでいますがあまりよくならないです
