I have been using papaya meant for stomach issues for over 12 years and it is absolutely better than Tums or Rolaids. They always leave a chalky taste in your mouth, but papaya mint is specifically designed from fruit. It is not chemically based. It is naturally based and I take it when I have an upset stomach and it settles my stomach and if I have gas in my stomach it helps me to get it released. Nice taste, too.
