I've ordered this exact coffee about 20 times over the years. After trying several different brands, this is my go to! I like it so much, I use it in my automatic espresso machine. It''s also the coffee I order for the Airbnb's I manage. The bag is just the right size. It will last you a month or two and stays fresh as it's packed in a thick lined bag. . It's a great value for an artisan coffee and the Guatemala roast is just chef's kiss. It doesn't have the burned or stale flavor or many other coffees on the market and it's not acidic. Good robust complex flavor. I'm a big fan.

This coffee is EXCEPTIONAL!! I’ll never forget as a teen, my Mom’s favorite local coffee shop in our mall served a Guatemala Antigua roast and it was her favorite. Fast forward 40 or so years and I’m looking for a new coffee and ran across this one. It’s so good! I love being able to grind my beans as home, and this fills my kitchen with such a wonderful aroma as it grinds and brews. It is not too acidic, but incredibly smooth. My first purchase was for the 12 oz., but saw they had a 2.5lb. bag available which is such a great value. I definitely recommend ditching the individual one use pods, and start grinding & brewing your own coffee every morning. You’ll thank me!

This is a great value for the price! Good sized bag and good quality coffee! I love that it's organic, single source and whole bean which all greatly reduce the chance of mold and just taste better! Personally I've found that the flavor is still slightly citrus even in this chocolatey nutty blend but it's not overwhelming. I recommend!

Mt. Comfort coffee flavor is rich and smooth, with a perfect balance that isn’t too bitter or too acidic. From the first sip, you can taste the quality of the beans. The aroma is absolutely amazing — warm, inviting, and strong without being overpowering. The smell alone makes you look forward to drinking it. Every cup feels fresh and full of character. If you appreciate great flavor and a wonderful coffee aroma, this one is definitely worth trying.

I think it’s horrible, it has a strange smell unlike any other coffee i’ve ever had. It tastes weird too, and the nauseating aroma is not helping. Not sure why it’s well rated by others, I would never take the chance and buy it again.

At this price, the Guatemalan, Peruvian and several other South American varieties i have tried have been exceptional. I buy the whole bean and grind it myself. It can be easily ground in any bullet blender. I've paid twice this amount for the same quality of bean and freshness. I've bought this for years and never had a problem of a damaged bag or old beans. If someone has had this experience, I would suggest it is a one off issue likely related to shipping not bean quality. Antigua variety beans are superior to Arabic in my personal opinion (but to each their own). If you have not tried Mt. Comfort coffee, at this price, i would highly recommend you give them a shot. Especially the whole bean option. I'm a bit of a coffee enthusiast but on a budget. If you are the same, this is definitely the brand for you. At least as far as the South American varieties which I can attest to. Good luck and God bless :)
