Chebe Mix Pizza Crust Gluten & Wheat Free, 7.5 oz (Frozen)

I've tried a few different gluten free pizza crusts and I thought Bob's Red Mill was my favorite until I tried this crust! Move over Bob's red mill! :)This is VERY similar to the kind of crust you get when you visit a pizzaria and order their gluten free crust. It's a little bit of work to get it mixed and spread out on a pizza pan but it's worth it. I spread it out SUPER thin and the crust was just the perfect amount of crispy and chewy.I will be ordering this again for sure!

This makes a nasty pizza dough. It doesnt have a pizza crust flavor at all. As a celiac I was excited to order this, only to find out that it must be made with egg....sigh. Even though I'm allergic to egg, I made it that way, thinking if it tasted good it was worth suffering for. But no. If you are celiac, or have a gluten intolerance, there are better choices out there, keep looking.

I purchased this from my local grocery store. Cost-wise, it was more expensive considering most other mixes, for ~$1.50 more, were actually enough to make two pizzas, whereas this one only makes one 14" pizza. However, I have not tried the others yet for comparison.I chose this particular one because it did not recommend letting the dough rise before rolling out. This particular night I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait the extra 40 minutes or so.This was quite delicious, super fast to make and easy. Ingredients blended together nicely with average effort for a pizza crust. It held together perfectly which made flipping over easy (as the directions require). The crust was not soggy at all and I had the top 95% covered with pepperoni. The edge, where I left 1/2" free of sauce and toppings, did rise during baking and turned a nice crusty brown at the edges.I will try other brands, as this was my first premade gluten-free mix.I DO prefer this over homemade alternatives such as grated cauliflower. This costs way more, but was still ~$5.00 and way quicker to come together and easier to work with.Four instead of five stars because I think this could be priced a bit lower considering how much you get with other brands and the similarity between all of their ingredients.

I am gluten-free, but try to go grain-free as well since grains irritate my skin and stomach. The Chebe mix makes a yummy pizza crust that fits the bill, and is chewy under the toppings and crunchy at the edges, just the way I like it. No funky aftertaste in this mix like in some gluten-free mixes. I have bought this mix many times and made it with a variety of different toppings, all delicious.

I was a hesitant in getting this mix, but I am so glad I did. It is delicious and will definitely buy it again. No after taste or "difference" in taste just plain delicious.

I'll never order again unless I receive the other 7 boxes. Paid for a case of 8 boxes and only received 1 box. What a rip!

Some friends introduced my family to this pizza crust and it is amazing. I am not even into "healthier" alternatives to food choices and I will buy this again.

My son loves this pizza crust, just made it again yesterday for him. We have all eaten it and it is good!
