I love these pillows and welcome them as I have been trying to find a comfortable pillow for ages. I am a side sleeper. My original pillows were too soft and became very thin despite 'plumping' The next pair were far too firm and high for me and I woke with a sore neck every morning These, like the story of the Three Bears, are ' Just right' They looked plumped up and high but when laying on them they are soft and yet don't flatten too much and remain a good height for my neck. They look smart and well made ( although they are now encased in quilted pillow protectors and pillow cases.) The filling is perfect as it plumps up well but moulds itself to the user without going hard. Definitely Recommended

I purchased these after we had used them in our sleep in accommodation at work and was impressed by there support, comfortableness and durability (we've had them 2-3 years) so I had to get my own for home. Great investment and good quality.

Okay pillows, however the pictures show pillows that are packed full and they look “firm” but they are 2/3 of the fullness and your head just sinks all the way. Misleading.

So only buy these if you like a firm pillow! They are very firm, but as a side and front sleeper, I need this! The pillow comes with stuffed with foam balls, which always rebound. I've had the pillows now for about 2.5 years and they still maintain their shape perfectly. Not sure they help with cooling as suggested, as I am a warm sleeper, so this would be my only issue. The fabric is soft, thick and comfortable and they are a great size. Definitely sturdy and maintains its shape well. Being firm, they support me for being a side sleeper but wouldn't recommend them if you sleep on your back. I have often ended up sleeping on my back and then wake up with a neck ache... probs just old age!

When these pillows arrived, I thought, these are rubbish. They feel very soft, like the cheap ones from Poundland and alike, not firm at all. But having said that, I actually found them to be extremely comfortable to sleep on. I was most surprised. How long they last remains to be seen.
