How do you use the v support without removing the stationary one? The stationary one hits the stand when trying to flip it

This is a problem or limitation with the design, in my opinion. Overall, it is a great tool for the price, and I can live with having to remove it. A big improvement would be to make the saw horse/stationary side easily removed, without tools.

Do these come fully assembled?

Yes. Just take out of package and use.Simple structure, can be easily assembled and folded.

Is this the price for one or for a pair?

Just a single support in the box. It's intention, I believe, is to be used in an *out-feed* scenario such as off the back of a table saw.

How much weight will this hold ?

The heaviest can be as high as 440 pounds.I sit on it sometimes and I weigh 250lb.
