The switch to go from input 1 to 2 and vice versa stopped working after a very short time of use. This is supposed to hold up for several screen switches daily, but it broke after less than a few days of use. I feel conned, even writing this review. Amazon should stop selling dubiously sourced products like this. These are companies that change names often so they can con people into buying junk and then sell it again under a different name. All they are doing is making themselves obsolete in the long run; no one will want to buy similar products from the same places. AVOID

We use it switch the video between a desktop PC and a laptop PC over to a TV monitor. This works fine, the desktop PC provides the power through its HDMI connection. However, if we unplug the desktop PC, or if we try to switch between two laptops, the switch stops working because the laptop HDMI connections don't seem to provide power to the switch. Since there's no way to add power to the switch, we don't use it anymore.

I have a monitor with two HDMI ports that does double duty with satellite TV and as an extra monitor for my desktop. Added a Raspberry Pi and ran out of ports.It took just a few minutes to plug in a couple more cables and I was good to go. Works perfectly for a very low price.

this is a good switch, i use it to view my fire tv on a tv or on a projector without the need to move it from one to another, it can not be used as splitter, just as a switch in either way.... havent had any problem with it. looks solid

Works as intended (Using it for my Switch and PC).

Needed an extra HDMI port for TV so we now have the Roku working through this. Definitely worth the price.

Worked fine at 4k resolution but unfortunately after about two months with infrequent switching it became difficult to switch requiring several presses with more pressure to select the desired channel.
