I have suffered from Chronic back pain in my lumbar after I was rear ended in a car accident. I also drive a lot for work which has increased my back ache and discomfort. Ever since I have purchased this back stretcher my pain score has significantly decreased. I have not implemented a regular stretch into my daily routine. There have also been days where I have no pain at all. I recommend this product for anyone who has chronic back pain, aches, or wants to keep their back healthy and prevent future complications. A++

The back stretcher is amazing but the neck stretcher, not so much

I am continually marveled at how these products come with minimal instructions as to how to use them properly. Also, I first ordered the neck stretch recovery; it offered to combine it with the back for a better value. But they only sent one base - so we now need to swap the the neck and back devices back and forth. I would NOT reorder the combined offer again.

Im 28 years old and someone who works from his desk M-F , I was really surprised on how much this back stretcher worked for me. I sometimes have back aches after getting out of the office and would just go home and lay it out and just watch TV and do nothing the rest of the day. After using this back stretcher my back feels better and I’m able to do more task after work. This can definitely be a great gift for friends who are sitting long periods of hours.

I purchased this end of January finally decided to try it out…. I weigh 170 lbs…. I put this together and placed under my back and laid down to rest in it and it just snapped…. I wish I would have unboxed it sooner that way I could return it or replace it…. If the company contacts me back I’ll update my review but until then it stays

I purchased these two devices because I experience spinal comprehension, tightness, and sciatica issues die to a degenerative disk in my lower vertebrae. The stretch, back crack, and decompression I experienced is phenomenal! It released the tight muscles and I have very little sciatica pain after the first use. Get this product. It will help you!

Bought this product because my chiropractor suggested something of similar nature. I am 5'9" I weigh 195lbs. When I use this set at the lower arch settings it wants to collapse. On the highest arch, it works fine.

This product help me lot ,, I use my phone a lot for work , and I workout a lot too ,, so this device was very good to release my neck pain and it’s adjustable too, and it not huge it’s small for me I keep it beside my bed specially it’s not heavy too ,, I recommend this product it’s a pain relief .
