Have used them for a while, and happy with the quality. They are firm enough to support my neck and head, and that's what I was going for. I prefer these over the soft fluffy ones. Worth the price.

Excellent product 👌 helping foe good painless sleep

When the pillow arrived, my initial impressions were that it was too small & thin to provide any support at all. However, once it was alongside my existing pillows it was clear that it was the same size (though a fraction of their depth). I've had a week of excellent & very comfortable sleep on a "Prime: Try Before You Buy" offer, and it was so good that I've now decided to keep it & paid. My only slight niggle is that it could be a bit thicker so that the whole pillow sits a little higher. At 6ft 3" my head is much lower off the bed than I'm used to for the ultimate comfort when sleeping on my side so I'm currently experimenting with putting a thin pillow underneath this one to see how that goes. (Others have noted a string smell - once inside a pillow protector & pillowcase, there was a slight smell from new with mine, but it had disappeared by the third night).

I bought one to see if it would help me as a side sleeper who has been waking up with a sore neck and found this pillow to cure that within days . It’s soft but firm holding it shape well with its own cover which I’m sure will help durability. At its price it is excellent and I ended up buying 3 for family members all of whom have commented on much better sleep as a result of changing pillows

Well, I was very skeptical about this working as I suffer dreadful neck and shoulder pain almost all the time now. Have had neck pain on and off for about 20years (after getting whiplash on a rollercoaster ride). The first night I used the 13cm side and neck pain was horrendous the next day and gave me a headache too. I thought I’d give it another try and again I had an uncomfortable night. I went back to my old uncomfortable pillow for one night and then thought I might as well try the 10cm side. Wow. I’ve now been using it for about a week and can honestly say I have zero neck and shoulder pain! I’m quite a petite person (5ft 2 and small boned) so maybe you just have to get the right height of pillow to suit YOU. I am really pleased and hope it continues. Oh and I’m also a back sleeper and a side sleeper, both sides actually, so can recommend this pillow if you are both a back and side sleeper.

The pillow form is good, however it compresses to be rather thin for my needs. As I side sleeper I could really do with a firmer pillow, particularly along the top and bottom edges to better support my neck to a neutral position.

I bought this pillow in hope it would assist in helping me with a continuous muscular problem affecting my neck & left shoulder due to poor sleeping posture habits. I can honestly say it has really helped after just 2 nights sleep, & I am very pleased with the product & the results of using it….. upping opening the parcel, I was dismayed to see a rolled up tubular type pillow wrapped in plastic but, no sooner had I unwrapped everything and popped the entire pillow in my tumble dryer (on low heat) and allowed it to tumble in various positions for 15 minutes, it had spread out to become a perfect pillow, and then resembled exactly what I had ordered…. I would definitely buy this product again.

Absolute waste of time and money. Hugely disappointing. Should have looked at previous reviews more closely and their pictures. Memory foam never expanded properly, barely expanded at all. Overall quality poor and not fit for purpose. Could almost re roll it back to same size (48 hours later), but not quite enough to go back into original packaging. As a result not returning as too much hassle and will hopefully repurpose as an extra nap area for my cat. Look elsewhere.

Been using for almost 2 month. It fits in any standard pillow case (50x75). Material s good and still in good shape. However I find it a bit too low - I thought 11cm is a good height

het kussen wordt zo lang opgerold dat het zo plat blijft dat het niet gebruikt kan worden na het uitpakken neemt het niet de vorm aan die het zou moeten hebben, namelijk zoals op de foto ( jammer ) tijd en geld verspild

Leider weist dieses Kissen überhaupt keine gute Qualität auf, es besteht keine Symmetrie auf beiden Seiten des Kissens und der Kissenbezug ist außerdem größer als das Kissen selbst.
