Bought 2 of these because I live with a cat that has decided to use my hall rugs as cat slides (he gets a running start then jumps on the rugs and the slide down the hall into one of the bedrooms) with these the rugs don't move and I've stoped stumbling over wadded up rugs in the dark.

Rug does not budge, was almost dangerous before we put the pad under it. We were very happy with the feel of the rug after the pad was under it. Made the rug feel cushy. Made in the US by a small company, which is why I chose it, but I think the quality is probably much better than the ones made outside of the US. A little bit more money, but worth it.

I like the quality and thickness of this rug pad. It does move on my wood floor. I cleaned the floor very well under it to be sure it had no dust or dirt that would make it not adhere to the floor before placing it. however I find that it still move and has to be adjusted often. I sue it at the door that goes to my garage and it's a high traffic area because of that. In a lower traffic area it might do better.

This mat has a great grip and does not damage my hardwood floors. It's just the right thickness so that the rug does not cause tripping. I recommend cutting it about one inch short all the way around. It is easy to cut to size

Been searching a long time for a rug pad that actually keeps the rug in place with running dogs in the house. This one works beautifully!

This is the third product that I had hoped would stop my rug from "traveling" on the carpet underneath. Unfortunately, it was no better than the much less expensive attempts. However, it certainly is thick and sturdy, and probably would be very good on wood, tile, marble and other hard surface flooring.

Rug pad arrived as expected. So far it seems like an excellent rug pad. Plenty of cushion. I have had no problems with slipage on my wood floors, and my rug stays in place over the rug pad.

Upon installation, this matt does not budge once it’s situated, and seamlessly does its job! Provides some padding between floor & area rug which means my downstairs neighbors will be pleased to hear less of us! Highly recommend.

Nice to walk on and is as advertised

The rug doesn't stay put on it, and the whole thing moves around the floor. We are constantly readjusting the rug.
