I'm leveling my house out, these are much faster and easier to use than leveling jacks. I can put one or two in then block up the permanent jacks when I get closer to the right height. They are small enough to fit under a skid steer, but can pretty easily lift it with a small bar. It's a screw jack so it doesn't try to release on you, and works very well. It does have a little bit of wobble built into the top, that helps it connect squarely.

Works like a champ

I purchased 5 of these to use for a construction project. Initially I purchased 1 just to test after buying numerous other similar jacks and being very disappointed in their quality. Their prices were similar and their strength and stability failed miserably. The Torin is amazing! Right after receiving the first jack, I tested it and immediately ordered 3 more. I underestimated the job and needed a 5th and had no qualms ordering a 5th. I'm using these jacks to jack up the flooring of a sun-room underneath the house. These jacks are powerful, strong, easy to use. I'd purchase them again without question.

Works as advertised.

No way to use the product as there is no bar or rod to twist the jack into place. In description the last line says handle not included. Other reviewer said it was. It was NOT included.
