I was ready for another battle with my iPhone 17 Pro Max. But this time? Flawless victory! The installation process was incredibly smooth and easy. No fighting, cursing or tears, just perfect alignment. It felt like tech wizardry rather than a DIY project. Quick tips for success: > Drop the frame straight down, zero angles. > When you peel the bottom tape, it looks scary...like a bubble apocalypse is imminent. Ignore your fears and trust the process. The included squeegee handles any leftover air pockets like a boss. My tiny top-left bubble didn't stand a chance. The result is amazing: crystal clear glass that feels naked and fits my Spigen Thin Fit MagFit case with precision. The included "install pad" is pretty useless at preventing your phone from sliding around during the install, but the main event is a total winner. I've gone through dozens of cheap tempered glass screen protectors and this one gets the job done. The installation process was a breeze. As long as you clean the phone thoroughly and use the included dust stickers, there shouldn't be any issues with install. The alignment tray makes it impossible to mess up. Just follow the instructions and it'll be a perfect fit. Compared to cheaper screen protectors, this one is definitely worth it. I've dropped my phone a few times while hiking and it survived the rocky trails with minimal scratches. The screen coverage is perfect, it leaves just enough room for my case so the screen protect and case aren't touching. It is easy to forget that I have a screen protector with how smooth and clear it is. Definitely worth it's value

I purchased two of these screen protector packages (each contains two screen protectors) for the new iPhone 17 Pro Max that both my wife and myself now have. I've used this same product on our previous phones (14 Pro Max and 15 Pro Max) and they are very good. Having two in each package means you can replace one down the road if needed, which I have done several times over the years. Apple continues to improve the durability of their phone screens, but I prefer to install a screen protector to ensure that the phone screen itself does not become scratched over a few years usage. It is very difficult to even notice that the screen protector is in place, once it has been installed, and as far as I can tell it does not affect anything when using the phone. The package includes a frame that you use to install the protector, which makes it really easy to fit it properly. Just follow the instructions to clean the phone screen before installing the screen protector, and to remove bubbles once in place. I have not had problems installing these screen protectors. This is the screen protector I'll continue to use and feel it is a good value and durable.

I'm an anxious girly when it comes to my iPhone's case + screen protector, so I did a lot of research before buying this for my iPhone 17 Pro. On previous iPhones, I always went with the Belkin Ultraglass at the Apple Store - installation by an Apple employee and the warranty were worth the price to me. But after hearing that Belkin's warranty no longer guaranteed free replacements, I decided to try a more affordable option. I picked Spigen after watching a ton of YouTube videos and combing through Reddit posts - it seemed the most similar to the old Belkin protectors I was used to: no weird black border and crystal-clear clarity. Despite my best efforts, my anxiety about self-application turned out to be justified. My first attempt trapped a tiny speck of dust, creating a bubble. Lifting it warped the edge, so it was immediately tossed. The second protector went on perfectly, but had a tiny scratch that I don't think was caused by me. So, sadly, my experience wasn’t as dust-proof as the videos made it look, but the kit itself is solid: microfiber cloth, squeegee, and dust stickers that don’t leave residue. Alignment was easy enough. This protector seems slightly thicker, which some reviews said should help with protection against drops, but I'm preeeettyyy sure it may have reduced my keyboard sensitivity (my typing accuracy went from 99% → 80%). I don't think that happened with the Belkin Ultraglass on previous my previous phones, but I could be wrong. I'm adjusting and can live with it. A little early to comment on scratch resistance, but after a week of gentle use, no new scratches. I saw some other reviews about the screen protectors cracking immediately and being off-center - neither of these things are true for mine. As other reviews mentioned, customer service is great. Spigen sent a replacement 2-pack after I emailed about the dusty first try and the scratch on the second. Some back and forth, but solid support. TL;DR: *Dust-free application harder than expected *Tiny scratch on one protector *Crystal-clear screen, no black border *(MAYBE) decreased keyboard sensitivity *Excellent customer service Overall, this anxious OCD girly didn’t love this process, but until I'm making more money, ~$10/Spigen protector is much more worth than $40 Belkin for the exact same slice of glass, and my screen stays crystal clear and protected. After using my iPhone 17 Pro case-free and protector-free for a couple of weeks, I finally installed the Spigen AluminaCore Glas.tR EZ Fit today once it arrived—and it exceeded every expectation. This is easily one of the highest-quality tempered glass protectors I’ve ever applied. Installation: Surprisingly Easy and Extremely Precise My iPhone 17 Pro didn’t lay completely flat in the tray because of the raised camera plateau (it laid in a slanted position), but that did not interfere with installation at all. The top tray still aligned perfectly once pressed down. I followed the included QR-coded video instructions step-by-step. Here’s what helped: • Cleaned the screen first with my own microfiber cloth + alcohol, then again with Spigen’s wipe. • Used the dust-removal sticker exactly as shown in the video. • Peeled the protective film from inside the top tray before lowering it onto the phone. • Pressed the tray down for the recommended 30 seconds. • Removed the tray, then peeled off the outer protective film, then worked out the tiny bubbles with the included tool. The bubble-removal step took patience. The tool doesn’t glide until you remove the top protective film—after that, the bubbles push out cleanly. Total install time: about 5–10 minutes, with a perfect result. (For anyone wondering: the second protector is simply a backup. I secured it with a rubber band and stored the unused one back in the box and for future use.) Fit & Feel: Absolutely Seamless Once applied, this protector looks and feels like part of the phone itself: • Perfect edge-to-edge alignment • Glossy, crystal-clear finish with no haze • Touch response identical to the naked display • Smooth, premium swipe feel—honestly smoother than the bare iPhone glass • Lightweight—adds zero noticeable weight • Works flawlessly with my case (no lifting, no contact at the edges) The glass feels strong, rigid, and high-grade, exactly what I’d expect from something labeled “AluminaCore.” It maintains the iPhone 17 Pro’s crisp sharpness and brightness with no distortion. My Final Verdict: If you want a protector that genuinely disappears on your screen while giving you real-glass smoothness and serious durability, this is it. Spigen nailed both the engineering and the user experience. Highly recommended—especially for anyone installing a protector on a curved-edge iPhone 17/17 Pro and wants a flawless, frustration-free result.

This makes for a very easy review. Ever since we started putting screen covers on our mobile/cell phones a little over a decade ago, the procedure has been a nightmare. Most of us live in a dusty, dirty urban or dusty rural environment which gives rise to dust and/and or dirt particles in the air—even inside our homes, apartments, condos or town homes. There’s simply no getting around it. So, putting a glass screen protector on an iPhone or similar is practically impossible without issue. Our hands shake and other things we can’t control occur causing the placement of the protector to go onto the phone’s screen off-kilter. In my experience, I have never yet been completely successful in placing a glass screen protector on a phone’s screen EXACTLY as it was meant to be. UNTIL NOW! Spigen has finally come up with the answer. Since my last phone was the iPhone 7+ which was purchased over two years ago, this method used by Spigen might not be brand new, but it’s new to ME and could be new to you. AND IT’S FANTASTIC. Before starting the installation process make sure you have removed the somewhat hard to remove heat-dried thin plastic lining that Spigen lines the outside and inside of the Ultra Hybrid Case (assuming you are using one of the Spigen cases to go along with the Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector. Failure to do so will cause you to use the second screen protector provided in the box by Spigen). Following their instructions, this NEARLY eliminates all possibility for error. As always, they provide all the tools necessary for installation; and to that end, Spigen has added an installation tray to ease the pain. Once you have used the wet cloth for cleaning the screen and phone if you desire to, I recommend laying the cleaned phone on a flour-bag kitchen towel because of the lack of lint. Then I use their provided soft microfiber cloth to wipe down any streaks left by the wet cloth and any remaining fingerprints or other debris left that have settled onto the phone’s screen at no fault of your own. After all that is done, I blow my phone’s screen off with non-moist canned air as an added precaution (air not provided). Then you should use any of the four (4) stickers provided to lift off any still-invisible particles before the final stage. Next, peel the cover off the plastic installation kit and place the phone screen-down into the installation case/kit. Turn it over and place the phone now inside the kit on something lint free such as the aforementioned flour-sack towel. The instructions to all these steps are on a small piece of paper in animation form without words. On this now-obverse side face-up, written instructions tell you to push your finger from the top to the bottom of the slit that is carved out of this side of the plastic kit—this helps press the glass screen protector to the phone’s screen. After 30 seconds, remove the tape that covers the slot, and lift this case away from the phone. With the phone face-up, immediately take the non-handled squeegee and from the center of the screen rub toward the outer edges of the screen until the bubbles are completely removed. If after doing this, one or more bubbles seem to linger with a dot in the middle, this is caused by a tiny speck of dust or dirt that landed on the phone’s screen even after you cleaned off the screen. As I said, it’s virtually impossible to live in a completely clean environment. Although it has been the suggestion by manufacturers to lift up the screen only as far as necessary to attempt to remove the small speck, and then lay down the cover again, and use the squeegeee to stick the glass protector back onto the screen to rub out the bubble, I strongly don’t recommend it because I have found that once removed, it never sticks to the screen as well the second time as it did the first time. It’s best to leave well enough alone or to purchase another Spigen Screen Protector and try again. Remember, there are two complete sets in each box. So with each attempt, you always have two tries before being forced to purchase another. This particular glass protector does not lessen any feel of touch by finger or stylus away were it not placed on the screen one iota. Highly recommended for it’s quality and lack of loss or feel of touch, and especially for it’s ease—finally—of installation. Whether or not you purchase a Spigen Case for your Mobile Phone, all smartphones need protecting by a Tempered Glass Screen Protector and with Spigen’s latest case and provided tools to use to install these screen protectors, Spigen has risen above the masses of manufacturers by taking the guesswork of how to place the screensaver onto the screen as well as making it the most foolproof installation—ever!

This Spigen AluminaCore screen protector is outstanding! The tempered glass is crystal clear with no distortion - it's like there's nothing on my screen. Installation was surprisingly easy with the alignment guide. The 9H hardness provides excellent protection against scratches and drops. Touch sensitivity remains perfect - no issues with Face ID or fingerprint recognition. The oleophobic coating works great to resist fingerprints. The edges are smooth and don't catch on cases. I've dropped my phone twice and the protector absorbed the impact perfectly. Best screen protector I've used - highly protective yet maintains the premium feel of the display!
