Great bracelet to give to keep a love one close

This was a gift that brought tears and smiles. The seller's communication was great and they even contacted me to alter what I ordered to ensure the best outcome. Overall, very happy.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for a friend. Once it arrived I realized it was broke and the bead with the picture was not attached to the bracelet itself. The company was incredible with their customer service and fast. They sent me a replacement bracelet. The only reason why I give this product 4 stars over 5 is because the picture is hard to see with the naked eye. It is much better when I use a phone camera, but you can not see the full picture without having to move the camera around.
