I purchased this study guide book as my very first learning source for the the (ISC)2 CCSP exam. I must honestly say that this is a great resource for starting the learning journey for the CCSP. It has very important Cloud Security topics to study an understand as you continue the learning path. I highly recommend this 4th Edition study guide in your book shelf, and also for future reference. I also highly recommend to study from several other resources as well as you prepare for the CCSP exam. I purchased the CCSP All-in-One exam guide 3rd Edition by Daniel Carter, CCSP Official Study Guide & Practice Test bundle 3rd Edition by Sybex and the CCSP for dummies by Arthur J. Book effectiveness
Not exactly relevant to the ecam question. The actual exam questions are harder

No Pictures; Only Texts & Light Paper
I like the contents but not as expected. No pictures but only texts; this makes boring for me.. Also, I did not like the paper materail type as it is similar to a newspaper (not strong enough), so this makes difficult to use the highlighter.

Worst book Ever bought
Poor page quality. No diagrams. I have old ccsp book if second edition and that has diagrams and this doesn’t. Very less headings. Also sometimes two topics are in one heading like de-identification and anonymization and just summarized without differentiating.

Very detailed and factual reference for the CCSP practitioner
I read this book as part of my job role, and to help take the exam in due course. It is a very factual book, which is fine, but lacks a bit of humour or something, to prevent it being too dry. I found lots of repeated items, which may be because the book is designed to used with some sections in isolation, rather than an end to end read. I just felt it was too dry, not much in the way of diagrams or something more visual, and over-repetitive. As a factual reference, I am sure I will be returning back to specific parts.
