I was one who hit the snooze button endlessly, so getting up even earlier to do something 'optional' like exercise was impossible -- especially with the shorter days of fall and winter. This has seriously made all the difference in the world. It's amazing, really -- nothing else has worked. I've never been a morning person (and never will be), but this helps you slowly and naturally wake up. The light starts 30 minutes before the alarm goes off and very slowly gets brighter (simulating sunrise). Even though your eyes aren't open, it affects your brain and the waking process. You can adjust how bright you want it to get (I think it's on a scale of 1-9). I highly recommend it and have shared it with friends and family -- even my doctor, who loved hearing it and said he'd suggest it for other patients who had similar challenges with "not enough time to exercise". I've been using it for 6 weeks and have been exercising 5-6 days a week, with plans to make it 7 when I'm in better shape.

A great alarm clock if you read the instructions (which are really easy to understand)! Part of why I can't get up in the morning is because it's still so dark out and this fixes the problem. It was easy to set the clock and the alarm (for the most part, I had trouble changing the alarm the 3rd time, but my roommate figured it out on her first time, so it was probably me being stupid). I love the bedtime feature where it acts as a night light and slowly dims until it's bedtime. The FM radio also works great! My only complaints would be that the speakers don't go quiet enough and the "peaceful" wake up tunes are harsher than I'd want. But I just set my alarm on my phone as well and this alarm allows me to wake up to a bright room. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has the same problem!

I absolutely love this alarm clock. I have had it for over a year now. What I love about it the most is the gentle light that turns on 30 or 15 minutes before the actual alarm. The softly increasing volume of the alarm also helps you wake up gently. This alarm helps me wake up better and feel more rested because I'm not hitting the snooze button until the last minute

Purchased this for my 20 year old night owl daughter to use for more peaceful and energetic morning wake up. When I discovered she wasn't using it because she couldn't figure it out, I decided to try it out for myself. First, it isn't intuitive in any way. The instructions are necessary to program it, even after a first pass read. Second, if it is disconnected or moved, it needs to be programmed again. And, last, because use is not intuitive, trying to shut off an alarm or set when ends up activating other unintended functions. After four days of using it, I gave up and it went to the top of my closet. I am back to using my mobile phone which takes about 15 seconds to set, cancel and change the ring tone. So disappointing.

I've had this clock for about a year an a half now. The sunset feature is great for reading before bed. I never really could figure out the colored light feature. The light is very bright. I have to face it towards the wall in the morning or else it will wake me up after "rising" for only about 5 minutes. HOWEVER...in the last few months, the alarm has not been going off at the time I have it set for. The light starts to rise and the alarm goes off at random times now, despite my attempts to reset the alarm time. It ranges from going off anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes late. My husband has the same alarm and his has no issues, so luckily I just rely on his alarm to get me up in time.

The media could not be loaded.  This clock delivers on all the features it promised. The gradually increasing sound was very nice. The light is a fun feature and once you get the hang of all the buttons, it is super easy to use. I especially like how simple setting the time and alarm is.

Ive had this since October of 2017 and I do like the product, but Ive noticed some features no longer work. About 1 year after I put this alarm to use I noticed the sunrise feature could not be adjusted to anything but the 30-minute setting. I also realized recently that the auxiliary battery in case pwr is cut no longer works, trying an unused good battery didnt help. Pwr outages are more of a thing for me now and it kinda screwed up my alarm for work one day...Super fun!Cheap Chinese crap, but its nice when it works

Great for my 6 year olds. They know how to operate the snooze, lights, radio & how to turn the alarm off. The rest, (setting time & programming the radio) should be done by an adult. The lighting is awesome. Can be dim or very bright.
