This safe is sturdy and suits my needs for my business. It is a little bigger than expected, but it worked out. The material is heavy duty.

I purchased this safe deposit box just a month ago, and I'm already facing major issues. The keypad has completely stopped working, making it impossible to access the safe. To make matters worse, the backup key doesn't work either. This has left me with no way to retrieve my important items stored inside.I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. A safe should provide security and reliability, but this one has failed miserably in both aspects. I strongly advise against purchasing this safe deposit box. Look for a more reliable option elsewhere.

This is the second safe I have received from this company. The first one did not have a Master Code programmed into it. I had to return it because it was impossible to open and program. I began the return process and was sent a new one. Here we are 30+ days later and sure enough the safe stopped opening. I kept typing in the correct code and sure enough the pad would light up green indicating the correct code. However the handle would not turn to open the safe. I have to break into my own safe just to get the last couple days of cash sales. Stay away and find a more reliable safe.

Bought 2 at the same time one stopped opening less than 5 weeks store money in it I m screwed. I contacted the seller they said send video I sent Vedic’s and photos they sent me a control panel to install my self the chip in the control panel is 2x2 the whole is supposed to go in only big enough for a wire I sent them an email and a message via Amazon they stopped replying I can not return it because it has money in it Any advice other than don’t buy safe on Amazon ever again or leave it empty ??????

I just received this product and tried to use the keypad to open by following the instructions provided and it wouldn't work.

We have asked to return this safe as it does not lock. The retailer is making this complicated. I just want it exchanged for one that works!!!

Where is the key to open the door. This is a bad safe box.
