Spectrum Reading, Grade 5

So far I’m loving the format. Just three lessons in and I think I see progress. The way the questions are formatted allows my daughter and I to discuss strategy while also allowing me to gain a better understanding of how she processes content. I look forward to the ongoing journey.

This exercise book is very useful. There are answers at the back. Every time my child finishes an exercise, he will check the answers by himself to see where he made mistakes and then correct them. His reading ability has improved.

This is really good for home school

We like this book for Reading comprehension. My granddaughter will use this to get her ready for 5th grade because she has finished her 4th grade studies with FLVS and will start preparing for 5th grade.with E Learning and other Math books from Amazon. This book will definitely help!!!!

Purchased this book for my son who was heading to 5th grade. When he attended school he was doing the same things in class and for homework.

My 4th grader wanted a 5th grade math book. Just want we wanted.

Educational or learning books/ tools will always be 10 for me

Very good book for my 5th grader. Interesting stories with good follow up questions. My son has adhd and it’s hard for me to get him to read but he’s been doing well with book as part of his reading practice.

There are plenty of stories from a variety of different topics and the questions are varied as well. This is helpful for students who are struggling with reading and comprehension.

I think these are a great addition to home education. You have one page with a reading section and then the second page is filled with questions to check comprehension. Also works on spelling and handwriting for when you are writing in your answers. I’ve been reading the pages with my son and we do a paragraph each back and forth, I’ve found the topics covered actually quite interesting. I would say it that one lesson could be completed in around ten minutes if the child focuses, 15 minutes if they like to doddle or doodle :D

El contenido del libro es bueno, he trabajado con spectrum grade 7 también . Lo malo fue que el libro llegó 4 días después de la fecha programada, la pasta del libro está doblada y algunas hojas se están despegando. Aún sirve pero, es para regalarlo y no se ve bien . Así que el distribuidor debe hacer algo con respecto a ello.
