This chandelier is absolutely stunning and became the centerpiece of our newly renovated bathroom. The crystals catch and scatter light beautifully, giving the entire room a luxurious, spa-like glow. One of my favorite things is how the crystals reflect whatever color tones are in the space. We have a color-changing fireplace, and the way those shifting colors dance through the crystals is honestly breathtaking. Installation was quick and painless. Our electrician mounted the base in about 10 minutes, and my husband hung all the crystals afterward. That part took around 30 minutes — easy, just a bit repetitive — but once everything was assembled, the transformation was worth every second. The chandelier feels elegant, modern, and high-end without overwhelming the room. Whether the main lights are on or the fireplace is glowing, the entire fixture sparkles in the most beautiful way. If you want a fixture that brings serious “wow” factor and elevates your space instantly, this one delivers.

My goal was to find a festive light fixture for our foyer. This light fixture exceeded that goal. Our foyer doesn't have a high ceiling, so the overall distance from the ceiling to the light's bottom was a major factor in my selection. At just 13", this chandelier was perfect. Plus, the 20" diameter of this fixture was larger than any of the other options I considered. When it arrived and I opened the box, I was impressed with how well it was packaged. Each crystal ball was in its own individual cut-out, all of the leads were in individual plastic baggies. The balls had a nice heftiness to them, unlike some of the inexpensive crystal options I've used in the past. Yes, there is some assembly required: the balls have to be attached to the leads. This isn't difficult. A few tips from my over-exuberant experience: Follow the order of operations, exactly as described in the directions. This isn't a project where the steps can be rearranged. Don't get distracted by the shiny balls and decide to attach them first. They are attached last for a reason. The light bulbs are installed second to last. This was my first time using this type of bulb and they were annoying. My husband was able to install them much better than I was. Lastly, the metal edges of the circular holes for the lightbulbs on the shiny silver plate are sharp. As I insinuated, I couldn't resist connecting half the crystal balls, before I installed the shiny plate to the base assembly on the ceiling. When I carried the plate and balls up the ladder, I used the holes to help balance the plate. Between the heft of the attached balls and the sharp edge, I lacerated my fingers pretty badly. (Completely my fault for not doing everything in the correct order.) The final result is beautiful. The odd LED light bulbs are very bright. The light refracting through the crystal balls' facets, gleams spectrums in every direction. The mirrored plate doubles the effect.

Absolutely gorgeous. Great price it looks much more expensive and better than pictured. Be prepared to put together it does take effort but well worth it

Absolutely beautiful piece and worth the money. It seems they have made some updates on their product, based on customer reviews. The strings were already attached to the base and each packaged in lettered ziplocks. We didn’t need to reference the lettered ziplock because they were already attached in the correct order by the manufacturer. On old reviews, I think you had to match the location and hang the strings yourself, which was the main complaint as it was time consuming. For this order, we just had to hang the crystal ball at the base of each string. At first we used it with 5000k 500 lumens but it was like a spotlight straight down as if you’re on a stage or about to be taken away by an alien space craft. Our ceiling is low so that makes it more obvious. We then purchased 5000k 350 lumens AND 120 degree so it spread the softer light around more and not just go straight down. Our dining room is small with low ceiling so the only problem with using 120 degree angle lights is that it creates rainbow-like, water-like reflections on the walls. We still prefer that over the space craft lighting. We liked the white light color so we stuck to 5000k. One crystal did fall while we were changing the bulbs, but luckily they give you an extra crystal ball. As for installation and hanging, it took about an hour and a half. Love our purchase! Just hope it lasts.

Takes a bit to put together but end result is beautiful. Make sure you add mounts (drywall anchors ) into the cross provided and don't set it just in the 2 screws from the junction box. It's a bit heavy and can sag if bolted just in 2 screws. Lots of light, bought led 60w equivalent and mounted dimmer. I got lots of compliments on how great it looks. Definitely recommend!!!

This light is elegant and opulent. The pictures do not do it justice!! The quality is amazing and the crystal shine like Swarovski crystals. Great value for the money. Very difficult and time consuming however to assemble and install. But well worth the effort.

Packaged very well. Lots of spare parts. I have the shiny brass base with clear Crystals. The base doesn't look cheap & has a slight rose gold hint; very nice. The electrician took less than 1/2 an hour to put up the base. It's a bit finicky. I polished each Crystal before hanging. Took about 6 hours to complete hanging & polishing process. Very easy to hang crystals. It is definitely a job for the extremely patient! I purchased 40 watt LEDs. Only using 6 of 9 sockets. Very bright. Next time would go with 25 watt LEDs. Well worth it! Stunning!

Very pretty, makes my dining room look luxurious. It takes some time to install but not difficult. It’s all worth it, for the finished look. I used the soft light bulbs, I tried the white light but it was too bright. It would definitely be overwhelming for a small space; either way, you will not be disappointed.

Value For Money. My husband and I put each crystal ball on (one by one). It was fun doing it together. The end result was a "showstopper" over my dining room table. Worth every penny and more. Stunning piece. Just stunning. We now keep our blinds open at night as it is a head turner fixture. Everyone keeps asking me where I purchased it.

Not the easiest to put up and assemble as the hanging hooks are quite small, took me a few hours to complete, but satisfied with the appearance/brightness now that it’s up. Definitely much less expensive and something you would buy in a lighting store, where you would require home assembly as well
