These Jack Fruit sections are light and crispy. They are like an airy chip with a mildly sweet flavor and a wonderful texture. They make for a great snack and aren't as loaded with sugar as candy or even some other fruits. They are so light and airy while being satisfyingly crunchy. If you like things like freeze dried banana chips then you will love these but I would argue they taste better.For those who have never had Jack Fruit and wonder what its flavor is like, if you get some Juicy Fruit chewing Gum that is more or less what Jack Fruit tastes like, though the real thing is more subtle and better much like real banana vs. banana flavored things.

I love jackfruit but it's really hard to find it fresh. This is a great replacement! I just wish it was a bit cheaper...

I have purchased this product several times. Most of the time it is pretty good, however, sometimes it is awful. It is too expensive for something that you can’t rely on a good product.

For the price, these are terrible. They’re not soft. They’re dry and tough to chew. They’re so expensive for not that much product. I recommend the Paradise Valley dried mango. It’s much softer and you get 16 oz for $15 rather than 3.5 oz for $12.

Theses were nice and soft but way too sweet for my likeness. The added sugar was not necessary.
